The Red Cow pub is owned by Toby & Alexis Didier ‘Serre, who have made it their home since October 2010. Toby, an award-winning chef, brings a wealth of culinary expertise to the kitchen, having spent five years as Head Chef at the renowned Goose Fat and Garlic in Sawbridgeworth before moving on to become Head Chef at the Chequers in Matching Green, Essex. During his five-year tenure at the Chequers, Toby’s reputation for creating immaculately presented and flavourful dishes helped establish it as one of Essex’s most popular gastropubs.
